UtahFM staff and programmers are all volunteers who are dedicated to quality programming. It is founded around the idea that community radio should be bottom-up, not top-down. Utah Free Media is a participatory culture, where all the volunteers bring something to the table. Q: What does Utah Free Media's format look like?
